The workouts are designed base on V.I.T. Vikings Intensity Training which is 5 times more effective

Research found in Mc Master University in Canada that workout intensity like ours with just 10 minutes has the same result as 50 minutes of running on treadmill.

You never get bored with the workouts because The workouts are different everyday where you never do a same workout twice even if you are here for more than 1 year.
